About Yoga
Petra is teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The characteristic of this dynamic form of Hatha Yoga is the linking of deep breathing and fluent/flowing movements.

Yoga is not about performance, Yoga is about expanding mindfulness. Thereby Yoga has a direct and physical impact. The safe approach by exact alignment in the postures and the focus on deep breathing helps to promote concentration and mindfulness and thus to (re-)discover what is vital and essential.

The challenging asanas allow us to play with our limits, to expand them or to accept them the way they are or they seem to be. After practising the body feels moved and stretched and a feeling of deep and profound relaxation and contentment arises. Powerful but gentle, dynamic and elegant, energizing and touching: ADYA YOGA.

Petra’s yoga classes are dynamic and challenging, but not overwhelming. Her focus is to meet challenges in life and on the yoga mat with ease and humor. Yoga is an active approach: To open up from an inner focus and inspire as many people as possible to an active and positive attitude of live.

Petra likes to create moments that helps the student to find his full potential and practise and live from the heart. The classes are distinguished by fine-tuned alignment, intensity and humor and go past the limits of the yoga mat. Petra is teaching powerful Vinyasa Flow Yoga, deeply touching Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga for back issues and Meditation.

ADYA and YOGA are Sanskrit words.
ADYA means: today, now - also initially. YOGA means union.
Back to the roots, back to present. Make the most of your day, today, now!
